Local delivery fees range from $15.00-$30.00 depending on the destination. Please view cities served.
If your flower delivery needs to be delivered by a certain time, please call us and we will make neccessary arrangements if possible.
Orders must be recieved by 2:00pm to assure same-day delivery for the following destinations. Orders recieved after this time will be delivered the following day. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, however Sunday deliveries are available upon request and during holidays.

For the remaining destinations, orders must be placed by 10:30 am to ensure same-day delivery.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Receiving Flowers: If your order does not meet your standards, please call us at 888-560-1112. Credits for flowers to be delivered at a later date can also be issued as well. Holiday Hours: To assure on-time delivery during the holiday season, we recommend placing your order minimum one day prior to the following major holidays: Christmas Week, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day & Thanksgiving. We are during the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Sunday, Christmas Eve. Our shop will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Family Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday. Order Changes: Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route. If you find it is necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at 888.560.1112. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail. Special Time Deliveries: We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Funeral Home deliveries receive priority service, delivered before visitation times. Business, school and hospital deliveries are scheduled before the 5:00 p.m. Sales Tax Information: Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a 13% HST sales tax applied to the amount of the order. Substitution Policy: We may ask for a similar alternative regarding specific items to complete your order and ensure timely delivery. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and plants. Specific variety of colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards.
