Delivery Information

We offer SAME DAY delivery to the following delivery zones. Sunday Deliveries are available upon request and during holidays. If your flower delivery needs to be delivered by a certain time please call us and we will try to accommodate your delivery. Cutoff times may change during busy Holidays.

Zone A. Burlington. Must be received before 2:00 pm. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.  Cutoff times may change during busy Holidays.

Zone H. Hamilton, Ancaster, Binbrook, Dundas, Mt Hope, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Winona. Must be received before 1:00 p.m. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Zone O. Oakville. Must be received before 12:00 a.m. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. 

Zone N. Niagara Region - Grimsby, Smithville, Beamsville, St Catharines, Niagara Falls. Must be received before 11:00 a.m. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.  

Zone G. Toronto GTA Area. Mississauga north Newmarket & east to Oshawa. Must be received before 10:00 a.m. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Recipient's Address info: Complete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you. Place holiday orders early for the best selection... and your peace of mind.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Receiving Flowers: If your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us at 888-560-1112. If for some reason the flowers that you ordered are not available for delivery then we will notify you immediately. We can also issue credit for flowers to be delivered at a later date.

Holiday Hours:
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays:  Christmas Week, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day &Thanksgiving. Sunday deliveries are available upon request and during holidays.

Open during the following Holidays: New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Sunday, Christmas Eve December 24th.

Our shop will always be Closed on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Family Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday.

Order Changes:                    
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at 888.560.1112.

We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Special Time deliveries:
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Funeral Home deliveries will receive priority service. Normally delivered before 1pm & 5pm visitation.

Business, Schools and Hospital deliveries are scheduled before the normal 5 p.m. closing time of most businesses.

Sales Tax Information:                      
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a 13% HST sales tax applied to the amount of the order.

Substitution Policy:               
We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure the timely delivery of your flowers. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and plants. Specific varieties of colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. Substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangements, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
