► Please Note, all deliveries will take place between 9am-6pm, We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. All Business and School deliveries receive priority delivery and will be attempted by 3:30 if ordered same day by 9am. All funeral home & sympathy services have the option to select a specific time.

In-Store pickup is currently available from 9am to 5pm. **We close at 5pm.** All special orders must be ordered for scheduled times.

Product substitution: Due to the seasonal availability of flowers, individual stems may vary from those displayed. Our skilled designers may substitute flowers for ones similar in style, colour, quality and value. Similar practices may also occur for vessels, such as vases, pots, planters or baskets, if the container displayed is not in store or such an occasion arises, we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
